Showcase Graphics and Signs manufacture and supply a large variety of Acrylic Fabrication products. Ranging from

• We also offer a complete router cutting service from our in house computerized routering system.
Our in house router system allows us to do all our own material cutting for signage and acrylic fabrication but also provides a cutting services to our clients. We can cut a variety of materials including acrylic, timber, mdf, acm alupanel, aluminium, to name just a few.
All signage is manufactured IN HOUSE with our own computer cut vinyl department and acrylic fabrication department.
At Showcase Graphics we manufacture a number of illuminated sign boxes (Light box) types. These included standard aluminium extrusion boxed with opal acrylic faces and aluminium angle cover trims. Flex face boxes to suit flexible faces for wide format digital printing or vinyl graphics, and custom fabricated acrylic boxes with Foamex backs.
Standard extrusion boxes with acrylic faces are suitable for internal and external use and can be made to suit. These boxes are 150mm deep single sided and 200mm deep double sided.
Flex face boxes are also suitable for internal and external usage and can be used for much larger signs. These boxes are 185mm deep single sided and 270mm double sided
Fabricated acrylic boxes are more suited for internal use but can be used in some instances externally. Minimum of 70mm deep if L.E.D. lit, or 150mm when fluro lit.
With LED technology ever improving we now offer strip LED lighting systems with a variety of uses. We can light fabricated letters (made in house), can be used for strip lighting, pelmet lighting etc. They are very bright, highly efficient, safe (12 volts) and are available also in colours.
All LED modules come with 2 year warranty.
LED strips available in various colours and also in rubberised water resistant lengths.
Showcase Graphics now offer custom made LED lit solid GEL letters. These are very robust and long lasting and can be used in full weather environments. Custom colours can be selected.
Large Format Digital Printing
• We have our Large Format Printing Department for production of laminated prints.
We also have our in house Hi-Res Solvent Mimaki JV3 eco Solvent machine, we are able to produce high quality prints for internal and external use on a variety of media.
Applications include:
- Backlit Film Transparency’s
- Self Adhesive Stickers
- Posters.
